3月8日の国際女性デー（International Women’s Day）を記念し、3月11日にMoon Creative Lab様との共催イベントを開催しました！

はじめにJWIBAより、昨年夏に実施したシリコンバレーの日本人駐在員を対象としたキャリア形成に関する調査結果から得られた気付きやメッセージをお伝えしました。

パネルディスカッションでは、登壇者がキャリアで直面した課題や女性としての葛藤、それを乗り越えるために大切にしているマインドセット等を共有し、女性が自分らしく生き、挑戦していくための勇気を後押ししました。会場からも活発な質問が寄せられ、新たな一歩を踏み出すエネルギーに満ちた空間となりました。

最後のネットワーキングでは、主催者・登壇者・参加者が交流を深め、新たな出会いやつながりが生まれる場となりました。

In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8th, JWIBA held a partnership event with Moon Creative Lab!

The event began with JWIBA sharing key findings and messages from last summer's career development survey targeting Japanese expats in Silicon Valley.

During the panel discussion, the speakers openly discussed career challenges, personal struggles as women, and shared valuable mindsets that have helped them overcome these hurdles. Their stories and advice provided encouragement, inspiring attendees to embrace authenticity and confidently take on new challenges. The session was dynamic, with enthusiastic questions from the audience, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with positive energy.

The networking session afterward facilitated meaningful interactions among organizers, speakers, and participants, leading to new connections.
